诱导性多能干细胞的诱导培养和鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 诱导性多能干细胞(iPS细胞)与胚胎干细胞在形态和生长特征上有许多相同之处,但iPS细胞的应用前景更为广阔。它为再生医学提供了有价值的细胞资源,使得运用病人自身细胞来治疗自己成为可能。iPS细胞诱导有许多方法 ,培养和鉴定也有其特点,本文就近年iPS的诱导培养和鉴定方面的研究进展作一综述。
