摘要
目的:探讨加味柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗癫痫临床疗效。方法:将75例癫痫患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。对照组按西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上口服加味柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤,观察两组患者临床疗效、癫痫发作次数、治疗前后脑电图异常情况。结果:两组治疗后癫痫发作次数、脑电图异常与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:加味柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤可有效控制癫痫症状,改善患者生存质量,减少癫痫发作次数,疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗。
Objective:To study the flavored entrapement keel oyster soup epilepsy clinical curative effect.Methods:75 cases epilepsy patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group by western medicine routine therapy,the treatment group in conventional medicine treatment on the basis of oral flavored entrapement keel oyster soup,observe the 2 groups of patients clinical curative effect,frequency of epilepsy seizures,before and after the treatment of eeg abnormalities.Results:Two groups after treating frequency of epilepsy seizures,eeg anomalies and before treatment comparative differences are statistically significant(P0.05).2 group total effectiveness comparative difference was statistically significant(P0.05),the curative effect of treatment group was better than control.Conclusion:Flavored entrapement keel oyster soup can effectively control epilepsy symptoms,improve survival quality,reduce the frequency of epilepsy seizures,curative effect is better than pure western conventional treatment.
