摘要
目的：探讨磁共振检查诊断心房粘液瘤的价值。材料与方法：左房粘液瘤3例，右房粘液瘤1例，行多方位磁共振平扫电影检查。结果：平扫显示瘤体较清晰，T1WI呈均匀和不均匀较高信号，T2WI呈高信号改变。磁共振电影呈低信号影，其中磁共振电影显示瘤体轮廓较平扫更清晰，且能反映瘤体活动情况，其典型征象为“飘发”样，显示血流动力学改变及二尖瓣功能情况。结论：磁共振平扫结合电影检查能很好地、直观地显示肿瘤，多病灶定性、定位价值大。
Objective: To evaluae the ECG-gated spin-echo MRI and cine-MRI in the diagnosing of atrial myxoma. Materials and Methods:Multi orientation plain MR scanning was performed in 4 patients (3 with left atrial tyxoma, 1 with dright atrial myxoma). Results: Plain MRI cleary revealed the thmors, which had homogeneous or inhomogeneous intermediate signal intensity on T1WI and high signal intensity on T2WI. On cineMRI the tumors were dnmonstrated more clealy, in addition, its 'floating' movement, hemodynamic changes and mitral valve function could be observed. Conclusion: Coupled with cine-MRI, SE MRI can direcily show the the, very helpful in localizing and qualitatively dignosing of the lesions.
