摘要
公安院校作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,也面临着同样的问题。本文将着力探讨如何增强公安院校教育培训的实用性,阐述了增强公安教育培训实用性的重要意义,道出了目前我国公安院校在培养实用性警察方面的缺失,并提出要注重培养增强公安教育实用性的核心力量——建立"双师型"公安师资力量,来增强公安院校教育培训的实用性,培养出更多符合公安实践工作需要的合格警察,以实用性教育来提升公安队伍的素质和战斗力,使公安机关更好地服务于社会主义事业建设。
Public colleges,as an important part of the education system in China,is also facing the same problem.This article focused on how to enhance the practicality of education and training in police colleges, explained the importance of enhancing the practicality,pointed out the absence of current training of practical policemen in police colleges,and proposed to focus on training the core strength of enhancing the practicality——training ＂Double -qualified＂ teachers,to enhance the practicality of the education and training in police colleges,to develop more qualified police officers to meet the practical work of public security,to enhance the quality and combat effectiveness of the police team by practical education,to make the public security organs better serve the socialist construction.
