资产全寿命周期管理在变压器招评标中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 鉴于目前的电力设备招评标体系存在的不足,将设备资产全寿命周期成本管理(life cycle asset management,LCAM)应用到变压器的招评标中,构建LCAM评标体系,改进和完善电力设备招评标体系。阐述了LCAM评标体系模型中的评价指标选取、评分标准选择以及各项指标权重设定等问题,给出了变压器全寿命周期成本的计算模型,并针对变压器全寿命周期成本的数据计算复杂、量大,设计和开发一套基于LCAM评标体系的全寿命周期成本计算软件,应用表明该软件能够较大提高工作人员的效率。 Aiming at shortcomings of current bid inviting/evaluation system of power equipments,life cycle cost management is applied in bid inviting/evaluation of transformers,LCAM biding evaluation system is established,bid inviting/evaluation system of power equipments are improved and perfected.The paper expounds selection of evaluation indexes,evaluation standards as well as weight setting of various indexes in model of LCAM bid evaluation system and presents the calculation model of life cycle cost of transformers.Besides,LCC calculation software based on LCAM bid evaluation system is designed and developed in accordance to complex and mass calculation.The software turns out to be effective in improving efficiency of staffs.
