摘要
针对刀架转位机构存在纵向加工误差的问题,利用转换机构法计算误差,并分析了产生误差的主要因素。采用凸轮机构代替原曲柄连杆机构,使该机构的纵向位置误差由0.08~0.10 mm减小到0.03~0.05 mm。
The paper analyzes the major factors to cause lengthwise processing error in rotating wheel indexing mechanism by calculating error adopting change-over mechanism method defined in theory of error in mechanism,and adopts cam mechanism to replace the previous crank-link mechanism to reduce its lengthwise position error from 0.08~0.10 mm to 0.03~0.05 mm.
