摘要
基于实际的混合动力车辆与其搭载的混合动力变速器系统,通过对各种工况下系统热管理计算和模拟分析,得出各工况下的平衡温度场模型。根据整机的系统控制目标和对实际温度的监控,对热管理系统进行了改进和控制,最终将变速器的油温尽可能控制在较合理的范围内,既保证了电机及其控制元件的冷却要求,又保证了变速器的传动效率。
The condition-temperature model is built through analysis and simulation to the different working mode based on the actual HEV and its transmission.And the improvement solution is advanced according to the system control target and temperature monitoring.This solution helps to keep the transmission working in the more reasonable temperature range.It does not only meet the system cooling requirement,but also protect the system efficiency.
