摘要
为更好地解决军队医院聘用制医师使用与管理的相关问题,本文采用问卷调查方法,对军队某三级甲等医院154名聘用制医师进行满意度调查,发现军队医院在引进、使用、管理、培训、待遇等五个方面存在的问题,提出落实融洽统一的管理机制、实施严格公开的招聘机制、实行竞争择优的选用机制等相应的对策。
To solve employed doctors' use and management issues in military hospitals,this paper takes the method of survey.For 154 employed doctors of a 3 A-level military hospital,we conduct a satisfaction questionnaire survey and find out the military hospital's shortcomings in the personnel's introduction,use,management,training and treatment.So we can recommend appropriate management countermeasures,such as to implement the harmonious and unified management mechanism,to establish the rigorous and open recruitment mechanism,to carry out the competitive merit-based selection mechanism and so on.
