摘要
目的探讨实验动物屏障环境及设施维持性消毒的新方法。方法用浓度为0.21 mg/m3的臭氧和1%的84消毒液或0.1%的新洁尔灭对实验动物屏障环境及设施进行维持性消毒;用血琼脂培养基进行落下菌培养,一周后观察血平皿内落下菌的个数。结果经维持性消毒后,屏障环境空气落下菌检测平均为2.1个/血平皿,符合国标关于环境技术指标中沉降菌最大平均浓度的要求。结论该种消毒方法有利于屏障环境微生物的控制,效果明显、操作简便、安全、利于推广。
Objective To search a new way of laboratory animals barrier environment and housin facilities for maintaining disinfection.Method The following disinfectants were used in this experiment:0.21 mg /m3ozone and 1% 84-disinfectant or 0.1% bromogeramine.Then the falling bacteria was incubated for a week in 37 with blood agar medium,and the fallen bacteria count was carried out.Result The fallen bacterium in the barrier environment and housing facilities was average 2.1 per plate after maimtaining disinfection,which was in keeping with the demands of environment technology target in national standard.Conclusion The disinfecting method was good for the control of barrier environment and housing facilitiess microbe,and it had the characters of effect obvious、operate simple、safe and use easy.
