钢绳芯胶带无损探伤装置的研制与使用效果

摘要 介绍了晋城矿务局凤凰山煤矿与山西矿业学院合作研制的用于主井钢绳芯运输胶带的无损伤探测系统的结构、原理、软件编程及运行效果,该系统利用电磁探头、计算机,实现了对钢绳芯胶带接头、断丝的连续检测和故障报警。使用证明:检测数据准确、操作方便、灵活、安全可靠。 The paper describes the structrure,principle,programming software,and operation results of nondestructive flaw detectin device for steel belt in main shaft,which was developed cooperatively by the Fenghuanshan Coal Mine of Jincheng Mining Bureau and the Shanxi Mining College.Continuous monitoring for joints of steel belts and broken wire and warning of faults can be realized by using electromagnetic probes and computer in the system.It is demonstrated by application that the device is accurate in detecting data,convenient,flexible in operation and safe,reliable in performance.
