摘要
尹常健教授长期从事肝病中医临床研究,在中医药防治常见肝脏疾病的诸多领域见解独到,在临床用药方面更是匠心独运,别具一格。笔者有幸跟随尹教授学习,获益匪浅,兹将其治疗肝硬化腹水的用药经验与学术思想简要总结如下:①提倡中西结合,注重病因治疗;②慎用肝毒药物,提倡处方简约;③抓住病机主线,发挥整体优势;④重视对阴虚型肝硬化腹水的研究;⑤尊重前贤经验,慎用温热之药。
Professor YIN Chang-jian,who is a specialist of TCM of Shandong province,is quite experienced in treating liver dieases,his experiences of medicine and academic thought of treating ascites due to cirrhosis can be summerized as five aspects：①Advocating combination of TCM with Western medicine and paying attention to etiological treatment.②Herbs with hepatotoxicity should be given cautiously and contracted prescriptions are advocated.③Grasping the principal contradiction of pathogenesis,and exploiting theholistic advantages.④ Attaching importance to the study of ascites due to cirrhosis charactered by the yin-deficiency type.⑤Respecting for the former worthies＇s experiences of treatment,making careful on using herbs with warm or hot nature.
