摘要
目的探讨改良森田疗法合并药物治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全。方法对106例抑郁症患者随机分为2组,改良森田疗法合并药物组52例,氟西汀组54例,疗程8周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)[1]、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗8周后改良森田疗法合并药物治疗抑郁症组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分显著低于氟西汀组(t=-4.443,P<0.01);改良森田疗法合并药物治疗组主要不良副反应明显低于氟西汀组(χ2=13.07,P<0.01)。结论改良森田疗法合并药物治疗是一种安全、有效的抗抑郁治疗方法。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Neo Morita therapy with drug in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 106 cases with diagnosis of depression were randomly assigned into Neo Morita therapy with drug group（n=52） and Fluoxetine group（n=54） for 8 weeks.The effects and side reactions were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） before and after treatment.Results At the end of 8 weeks,the HAMD score of Neo Morita therapy with drug group was significant lower than that of Ffluoxetine group（t=-4.443,P〈0.01）,Neo Morita therapy with drug group had fewer side effects than Fluoxetine group（χ2=13.07,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The study suggests that Neo Morita therapy with drug is a safe and effective antidepressant.
