摘要
为提高空间液体火箭推进系统性能,满足航天任务的轻质需求,采用活塞往复泵对推进剂进行增压输送。采用动态层和局部重划2种动网格技术研究往复泵内的非稳态流场,分析了活塞挤压推进过程中内流场的压强分布,得到了往复泵的压强输出特性以及结构参数对往复泵平均流量的影响。结果表明:往复泵输送推进剂时压强升高迅速,其单向阀在活塞行程末端有效阻止了推进剂回流;双缸往复泵交替作用时,有利于对推进剂的平稳输出。
In order to enhance the performance of liquid rocket propulsion systems so as to satisfy the requirement of light weight of spaceflight,the paper proposed that the propellant would be expelled at high pressure by reciprocating piston pump.It researched on unsteady flow field in reciprocating piston pump by means of dynamic mesh technology with dynamic layering method and local re-meshing method,analyzed the pressure distributions of inner flow field in pressurizing propellant by pump pistons,and obtained the pressure characteristic of reciprocating pump and the effects of configuration on average flows.The numerical simulation results show that the pump can be pressurized rapidly for propellant delivery,and avoid reflux effectively by check valves at the endpoints of each piston stroke.Therefore it is propitious to smooth output of propellant when a pair of chamber expels alternately.
