摘要
产业共性技术所具有的复杂性和准公共品性质,联盟合作创新的困境,决定了政府对产业技术创新战略联盟支持的必要性。产业技术创新战略联盟类型多样,从联盟内部成员间特征差异的角度,按照3个维度进行分类,不同的种类要求政府提供不同方式的支持,实行分类监管、分类支持。
Industrial generic technology has complexity and quasi public property,and alliance facing the dilemma of cooperation innovation,which decides the necessity that government should support industrial technology innovation strategy alliance.Industrial technology innovation strategy alliance has various types,this paper from various types of internal differences among the members of the alliance,according to the three dimensions of different types;different ways of government provide support and classified supervision.
