摘要
结合水电厂特点,构建了水电厂生产运营管理水平评价指标体系,并利用全息雷达图法建立了基于对标管理的水电厂生产运营管理评价模型,确定了标杆企业的选取原则及评价模型的计算方法,分析评价了水电厂生产运营管理状况。算例验证结果表明,该方法有助于对水电厂诊断控制,提高了生产运营管理水平。
With the characteristics of hydropower plants,evaluation index system for hydropower plants production operation is proposed,and the model used for assessing the production and operation management competence of hydropower plants based on benchmarking theory is built through radar-graph approach.Meanwhile,the selection principles of benchmarking hydropower plants and the calculating approach to assess the model are given.Moreover,the situation of hydropower plants production and operation management is analyzed and assessed.The example results show that the method is helpful to diagnose and control the problems of hydropower plants and can improve the production and operation management level.
