以经济增加值（EVA）理论研究为基础，分析了其用于企业绩效评价的特点；结合中国石化集团公司EVA考核的内容及要求，剖析了对油田企业的影响，提出了油田企业适应经济增加值考核，确保持续有效发展的建议。
With economic value added （EVA） theory study as the foundation, analyzes its used in enter- prise performance evaluation characteristic; Combined with China petrochemical EVA examination content and requirement, analyzes on the influence of oilfield enterprises, puts forward the oilfield enterprises to adapt to economic value assessment, ensuring sustainable effective development suggestions.
