摘要
为了提高挤出机滤网保护板的表面润滑性能,通过化学复合镀在其表面制备了N i-P-PTFE-MoS2镀层,并通过显微硬度测试、热震试验和干摩擦试验考察了强化层的性能。结果表明,强化层具有良好的自润滑性能和抗磨性,经强化处理后的保护板使用寿命延长了1倍。
Ni-P-PTFE-MoS2 composite coating was prepared on the surface of the protective board of extruder filter by electroless plating.The performance of the composite coating was evaluated by conducting hardness test,thermal shock test and unlubricated friction and wear test.It was found that as-prepared Ni-P-PTFE-MoS2 composite coating possessed good friction-reducing and antiwear ability,and the service life of the protective board of the extruder filter could be doubled by introducing the composite coating.
