摘要
应用GC-2010气相色谱仪和热导检测器、FFAP 50 m×0.32 mm×0.4μm色谱柱,采用程序升温,外标法定量,建立了气相色谱法测定环己烷氧化液中一元有机酸含量的分析方法。结果表明:该方法准确测定了氧化液中甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸、己酸含量。6种一元有机酸的标准曲线相关系数均大于0.98;该方法的相对标准偏差为2.38%~5.70%,回收率为93.9%~101.0%。
A method for determining monoprotic organic acids content in cyclohexane oxidation liquid by gas chromatography was established using GC-2010 gas chromatograph, thermal conductivity detector, FFAP 50 m × 0.32 mm× 0.4 μm chromatographic column by temperature programming and external standard quantification. The results showed that the method accurately determined the contents of foric acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyrate, valeric acid and hexanoic acid in oxidation hquid. The linear correlation coefficients of these six monoprotic organic acids were all higher than 0.98, the relative standard deviation 2.38% -5.70%, and the recovery rate 93.9% - 101.0%.
