摘要
为了提高目前实验系统的智能化功能,降低实验搭建费用,文章采用带有通信模块的AI智能仪表与信号传感器和执行机构相连,既可以实现对实验过程中数据的在线监测,又可以对过程的控制实现智能化管理。AI仪表与上位机通信采用的协议简单,源代码开发方便,可根据需要自行开发,在控制点和采样点不多的情况下,采用AI仪表既经济又智能。
In order to improve the intelligent functions of the apparatus and reduce laboratory fees,artificial intelligence instrument was used to connect sensors and control the electronic actuators in present study.Through the application of the intelligent device,signals can be monitored and the experimental process can be managed intelligently.Artificial intelligence instrument communicates with upper computer by simple reading and writing instructions.It is helpful to develop source code according to requirements.Artificial intelligence instrument can be used more intelligently and economically in case of fewer samples and control points.
