摘要
针对都江堰内江缺少渠道的相关信息,无法建立准确水力学模型的问题,采用粒子群算法(PSO)优化最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)参数的方法,确定流量与闸门开度之间单输入多输出的非线性关系,并以此为基础,利用决策原则及实际情况确定相应决策逻辑,建立都江堰内江联合调度模型。模型采用MATLAB和C#语言实现。分析结果表明,与其他算法相比,PSO优化LS-SVM具有一定的优越性,结果达到实际工程要求。
Due to lacking the information of canals in the inner river of Dujiangyan irrigation district,the hydraulic model can not be established correctly.The optimization of parameters of Least Squares Support Vector Machine(LS-SVM) based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) is adopted to determine the nonlinear relationship of single-input and multiple-output between flow discharge and gate opening,and the decision logic is determined accordingly using decision principles and practical situations.Therefore,the joint operation model of Dujiangyan irrigation district is established.The model is realized by MATLAB and C#.The experimental results show that the LS-SVM optimized by PSO is superior to other algorithms,which meet the requirement of practical projects.
