摘要
文章以米曲霉为研究对象,通过单因子和正交优化试验,确定了米曲霉液体发酵的最佳培养条件。结果显示,米曲霉生长最适碳源是麦芽糖20.0 g/L,最适氮源是酵母粉25.7 g/L,最适pH是6.5,最适温度是37℃。在此条件下,米曲霉菌体量达到23.8 g/L。
The liquid culture conditions of Aspergillus oryzae were studied in this paper.By single factor and orthogonal experimental design,optimum conditions of Aspergillus oryzae were determined.The results showed that under the optimal culture conditions of pH 6.5,culture temperature 37 ℃,maltose 20 g/L,yeast extract 25.7 g/L,the DCW of Aspergillus oryzae over 23.86 g/L was obtained.
