摘要
信息时代的到来继承同时也改变了传统地缘政治的理论与现实,地缘政治的发展呈现出新的特点。信息技术的推广及应用,对于全球化时代的地缘政治产生深远影响,深刻地改变了大国关系以及相互力量的对比,地缘政治的内涵、外延以及逻辑上出现相关变化。对于中国来说,要加快信息技术的发展与机制建设,充分重视信息技术的重要作用,防止信息霸权带来的破坏性影响,妥善处理地区热点问题。
the information age inherited and is changing the traditional geostrategic theory and reality,and geopolitics shows new characteristics.Popularization and application of information technology,largely affected geopolitics in the era of globalization,profoundly changed the relations between big powers and balance of them;geopolitical connotation,extension and logic relatively also changed.China must speed up the development of information technology and mechanisms,fully focus on the important role of information technology,prevent information hegemony from bringing the destructive impact,and properly handle regional hot issues.
