冠心病合并2型糖尿病与单纯冠心病的临床特征对比研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨和分析冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床特点。方法观察组为100例冠心病合并2型糖尿病的患者。对照组为100例冠心病但不伴有糖尿病的患者。比较两组临床症状、冠状动脉病变、血糖与血脂。结果与冠心病组患者比较,冠心病合并糖尿病组:①临床症状不典型,以无痛性心肌缺血和心功能不全居多;②三酰甘油(TG)与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著增高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著降低;③冠状动脉病变以多支、闭塞性、弥漫性居多。结论冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者更易发生心功能不全,血脂异常更明显,冠状动脉病变更严重。
