摘要
农业广播电视学校创办于1980年12月,办学三十年来,为我国农村经济建设和社会发展培养了大批实用人才,但当前却面临着日益被边缘化的困境。农业广播电视学校的可持续发展需要政府的财政支持和政策法规保障,更需要加强自身建设,以建设社区学习中心为目标,扩大基层"农广校"的办学自主权和加强师资队伍建设。
Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School was founded in December,1980,it has cultivated a large quantity of practical talents in the last 30 years for China＇s economic construction and social development in rural areas,but currently it faces an increasingly marginalized predicament.To ensure sustainable development,Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School needs government＇s financial support as well as policies and regulations for protection;meanwhile,it also needs to strengthen self-construction,such as aiming at building community learning centers,giving greater power of decisions to grass-root schools and strengthening construction of teacher team.
