摘要
目的:分析城镇基本医保肿瘤患者医疗费用,提出控制费用的建议。方法:抽取8城市患者就医记录,分析住院费用及影响因素。结果:各城市患者次均住院费用为9225-28676元,影响因素包括住院天数、医院级别、医保结算方式等。医保平均支付60%-70%。结论:医疗保险对缓解患者经济负担起到支撑作用。目前结算方式对费用控制均存在一定不足,建议改进结算方式,并建立多种机制监督医疗服务,提高医保肿瘤管理水平。
Objective： To analyze medical expenses of urban basic medical insurants with cancer and propose expense containment. Methods： Treatment records of cancer patients in 8 cities were collected. Then in- patient expenses and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results： The in-patient expenses per admission ranged from 9225 to 28676 Yuan in various cities, and the BMI fund covered 60% to 70%. Conclusions： The BMI eased economic burden of cancer patients. However, current payment methods have weakness in expense containment. Based on the improvement of payment methods, a series of mechanisms should be conducted to monitor the medical service and elevate management level.
