摘要
齿轮是机械传动系统中最主要的零件,其安全可靠性是机械设计中非常重要的指标。为了更好满足使用要求,对圆柱斜齿轮进行精确设计与加工,利用非线性有限元仿真软件——Marc对圆柱斜齿轮动态啮合过程齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力变化规律进行研究,从而为齿轮设计提供理论依据。
Gear is the most important part in the mechanical transmission and its security and reliability is very important in the mechanical design.In order to better meet the application requirements and the precise design and processing of cylindrical bevel gear,nonlinear finite element simulation software-Marc is used to simulate the dynamic meshing of cylindrical bevel gear.The Variation law of tooth face contact stress and tooth root bending stress is studied and It provide a theoretical basis for the gear design.
