广州南沙3种红树植物生理生态特性的比较 被引量:7

Comparison of some eco-physiological characteristics of three mangrove species in Nansha District,Guangzhou

摘要 利用叶绿素计和便携式光合蒸腾仪同步测定了广州南沙湿地公园人工种植的3种红树植物叶片的生理生态特性,以比较外来种和本地种对海岸潮间带的生态适应性.结果显示:所测定的3种植物的各生理生态指标之间均无显著差异.无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)叶片的绿色度、日均净光合速率、呼吸速率、总光合速率、净光合速率/呼吸速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度分别为50.12、18.194μmol CO2.m-2s-1、2.531μmol CO2.m-2s-1、20.725μmol CO2.m-2s-1、7.188、3.361 mmol H2O.m-2s-1、609.025 mmol.m-2s-1.除叶片绿色度外,外来种无瓣海桑有较高的净光合速率、总光合速率、净光合速率/呼吸速率、蒸腾速率和较低的呼吸速率,有机物积累较多,生长快,环境适应性强;外来种假红树(Laguncularia racemosa)各指标值基本处于中等水平;而本地种桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)净光合速率较低、呼吸速率较高,生长相对较缓. Some leaf eco-physiological characteristics of three mangrove species transplanted in Nansha Wetland Park,Guangzhou are determined simultaneously by using the meter of Soil and Plant Analyzer Development(SPAD),and Portable Photosynthetic and Respiration System,so as to compare their ecological adaptability to the special habitats of seawater tide.The results show that there are no significant differences among all the eco-physiological characteristics of three mangrove species.For Sonneratia apetala,the leaf SPAD value,daily mean net photosynthetic rate,respiration rate,total photosynthetic rate,ratio of net photosynthetic rate to respiration rate,transpirtation rate,and stomata conductivity are 50.12,18.194 μmol CO2·m-2s-1,2.531 μmol CO2·m-2s-1,20.725 μmol CO2·m-2s-1,7.188,3.361 mmol H2O·m-2s-1,and 609.025 mmol·m-2s-1,respectively.Except for the leaf SPAD value,the alien species Sonneratia apetala has higher net photosynthetic rate,total photosynthetic rate,ratio of net photosynthetic rate to respiration rate,transpiration rate,and lower respiration rate,so it can accumulate more organism to get a rapid growth rate which means having a high potential capacity to the tidal habitat.Meanwhile,the values for alien species Laguncularia racemosa are basically at medium level.For native species Aegiceras corniculatum,however,it has a relative lower net photosynthetic rate followed by a higher respiration rate,and has a slower growth rate.
