白术根腐病发病影响因素研究

摘要 研究了温度、湿度,土壤pH值、质地、含菌量和接种方式对白术根腐病的影响.结果表明:土壤含菌量从103个/mL孢子浓度开始发病,达107个/mL时,发病率达100%;白术根茎伤口有利于根腐病的发生;白术根腐病的最适温度范围为20~25℃;土壤湿度低于40%时,白术几乎不发病;白术根腐病能够发生最适pH值为6.5;土壤质地对白术根腐病具有较大影响,粘土的发病率最高,发病率为70.0%,砂土发病率最低,为36.6%. The influences of soil temperature,humidity,pH and texture and microbe content and inoculation method on the occurrence of root rot disease on Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz were studied.Root rot disease started to occur with a pathogen spore concentration of 1×103/mL and the incidence rate was 100% with a pathogen spore concentration of 1×107/mL.The wound on the rhizome of A.macrocephala favored the occurrence of the disease.The optimum temperature for the pathogen ranged from 20 to 25 ℃ and the optimum pH was 6.5.No disease was detected when soil humidity was below 40%.Soil texture had a great effect on the disease,the incidence rate being the highest in clay soil(70.0%) and the lowest in sand soil(36.6%) in this study.
