摘要
目的通过追踪一例人工耳蜗植入幼儿术后3年的发展情况,探讨人工耳蜗术后康复的方法和技巧。方法利用聋儿听觉语言康复评估词表、希-内学习能力测验工具及标准评估程序,在个案术后康复3年内,对其进行听觉能力、语言能力、学习能力的阶段性评估。结果个案的听觉能力和语言能力逐年提高,学习能力也有一定程度的提高,但与其他人工耳蜗术后儿童相比,发展速度较为缓慢。结论人工耳蜗术后幼儿康复速度存在个体差异,智力是影响听觉言语发展的因素之一。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation approaches and skills after cochlear implantation through the follow-up to a child with CI for 3 years. Methods The standard auditory and speech assessment lists and H-HTLA test materials were utilized to study the auditory, speech and learning abilities of the child at different stages. Results The auditory and speech abilities of the child were improved gradually and his learning ability also showed some improvement, but the developmental rate was still lower compared to other children with CIs. Conclusion There are individual differences in rehabilitation progress of children with CIs and the intelligence is one of the factors that affect the auditory and speech development.
