摘要
介绍了航空刹车副极限能量的试验方法以及确认刹车失效的方法.作者根据刹车副加速停止试验时刹车片产生熔化的现象和刹车力矩曲线变化的特征以及刹车副失效后的摩擦行为,提出了判断极限能量试验后刹车副失效与否的3种方法,并介绍了最大刹车压力的确定和试验初始能量的选取.用这种方法对波音737型飞机Goodrich刹车副和国产替代件进行了试验.结果表明,只需进行较少的试验便可找到刹车副的极限能量,可节约试验费用.
The methods of how to test limit energy for aviation brake assembly and how to confirm its failure are discussed in the paper. Three methods, by which the failure of brake assembly after limit energy test is judged, were presented based upon the melting extent of brake linings and the characteristics of brake moment curve after the accelerate stop test, and the frictional behavior of failed brake assembly. The definition of maximum brake pressure and the selection of initial test energy were described. Goodrich brake assembly of Boeing 737 aircraft and national products were tested by the method. The test results show that the limit energy of aviation brake assembly can be found by a few experiments, and the test cost can be reduced.
