摘要
目的分析2006-2009年芜湖市非结防机构报告肺结核病人或疑似病人发现、转诊和追踪情况,评价全市肺结核病人发现及治疗效果。方法搜集芜湖市4个结核病项目实施单位的月报表、季报表、年报表和结核病专项督导检查资料进行分析。结果 2006～2009年芜湖市结核病人报告发病率分别为89.38/10万、73.40/10万、75.35/10万和83.92/10万。初治涂阳肺结核病人治愈率分别为88.52%、89.19%、91.30%和93.11%,初治涂阴结核病人治疗完成率分别为81.57%、87.77%、91.10和96.02%,非结防机构报告疑似肺结核病人转诊到位率34.01%、35.98%、63.25%和78.76%,追踪到位率分别为19.37%、33.00%、71.41%和85.41%。结论非结防机构报告疑似肺结核病人转诊到位率和追踪到位率均有所提高,肺结核病人治愈率和治疗完成率不断提高。
Objective To analyse reporting of detection,transferring and tracking of tuberculosis（TB） patientsor suspected TB patients in Non-TB prevention and control institutions in Wuhu from 2006 to 2009,and evaluate the situations of the detection and therapeutic effects of TB patients in the whole city.Methods Monthly,quarterly,annual reports and materials about TB specific inspection of 4 agencies engaged in TB control project in wuhu were collected and analyzed.Results From 2006 to 2009,the reported annual incidence rates of TB in Wuhu were 89.38 /lakh,73.40 /lakh,75.35 /lakh and 83.92 /lakh respectively,the cure rates of new smear-positive TB cases were 88.52%,89.19%,91.30% and 93.11% respectively,the therapy completed rates of new smear-negative cases were 81.57%,87.77%,91.10% and 96.02% respectively.The qualified rates of referral of suspected TB patients reported by Non-TB prevention and control institutions were 34.01%,35.98%,63.25% and 78.76% respectively,and the qualified rates of tracing were 19.37%,33.00%,71.41% and 85.41% respectively.Conclusion The qualified rates of transferring and tracing of suspected TB patients reported by Non-TB prevention and control institutions were greatly improved,the cure rates and the whole-process therapy rates were also improved continuously.
