摘要
糖厂糖汁提净的碳酸饱充过程所采用的传统饱充罐,无论是对碳酸气的吸收还是清净效果,均不能令人满意。最近西欧及苏联对几种不同类型的新式饱充罐进行了实验室或工厂生产规模的试验,取得了初步的结果。本文就糖汁饱充过程的化学、物理化学原理,对这些设备的结构及性能加以评述。
The conventional carbonators used for juice purification in sugar factory are nnsatisfation both in the CO_2 gas absorption and clarification efficiency. Recently, a variefy of new carbonators has been tested in pilot or scale at the sugar industry of west Europe and USSR, and the results are enconraging. This paper discusses and evaluates how the principles' of chemistry and physical chmistry in the juice carbonation process govern the construction and the performance of the carbonator.
