摘要
本文从部队伤病员管理存在的问题着手,提出四个解决问题的对策及建议:一要提高对部队伤病员管理的认识;二要认真落实对部队伤病员的思想教育;三要切实形成对部队伤病员的管理合力;四要做好对部队伤病员的服务保障为基层医疗机构的部队伤病员管理提供有益的借鉴。
The author analyzed the problems in management of army patients,and then provided the countermeasures： emphasizing the management,carrying out the education of the army patients,forming the general management system and providing service support well,which will provide the references for the management of army patients in the basic medical institutions.
