通过对海南特区所存在的优势进行了认真的思考分析和归纳总结,认为海南特区发展的主要优势有:特区优势、区位优势、资源优势、生态优势、产业优势和后发优势,并在此基础上,进一步分析和探讨海南依托所存在的优势应该如何实现海南经济社会的进一步发展问题。
