NSAID治疗强直性脊柱炎应按需用还是持续用? 被引量：3

摘要 NSAID主要通过抑制环氧化酶,阻断前列腺素生成而发挥抗炎镇痛作用。NSAID作为AS治疗的一线用药,可有效缓解外周关节和(或)腰背疼痛及僵硬症状,临床上多间断"按需"对症使用NSAID治疗AS,但有研究显示,持续服用NSAID可起到改善病情作用。该文就NSAID治疗AS是"按需"用还是长期持续使用作一讨论。
