摘要
在进境集装箱检疫监管中,应用TQM理论可以提高监管质量。从TQM理论的角度,分析进境集装箱检疫监管中应用该理论的可行性。实行TQM理论对进境集装箱检疫监管,理论自身特点能够满足进境集装箱检疫监管的需要,同时具有管理成本低、促进持续改进、兼顾内外部顾客等方面的优越性。TQM理论能够满足进境集装箱检疫监管的需要,笔者提出建议以更好地发挥TQM理论的作用。
To improve the supervision quality of import container through the application of Total Quality Management Theory（TQM）.Taking an analysis on the feasibility of application of TQM on quarantine and supervision of import container.The characteristics of TQM were satisfied with supervising import container under the TQM management.More than this,using TQM on import container supervision had many superiorities such as reducing management cost,promoting amelioration continually,satisfying both internal customer and exterior customer.The requirements of quarantine and supervision import container can be satisfied through implementation of TQM.Some suggestions were also given by the author that how to improve the result of TQM implementation.
