摘要
为得出一套有利于杂种牡丹快速萌发的方法,为育种提供技术支持。本试验研究在穴盘栽培条件下,不同基质层积对于滇牡丹生根的影响及赤霉素(GA)与低温处理对杂种种子萌芽和幼苗生长的效果。结果表明:草炭层积有利于提高生根率与生根质量;400mg/L赤霉素浸泡2h后,可以加快种子出苗的速度、提高出苗率。
This study investigated under the conditions of the plug,with different matrix for peony root,gibberellin(GA) and low temperature on the promotion of seed germination and seedling growth .The results showed that:peat layer improved the quality of rooting rate and rooting;the speed of seed germination could be accelerated by treating with 400 mg/L GA for 2 h,it could accelerate the speed of seed germination rate of emergence,which reached a favorable way for hybrid peony rapid germination,to provide technical support to distant breeding.
