摘要
目的:观察以臀三针为主针灸治疗干性坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法:采用随机分组,治疗组和对照组各30例进行6个月临床观察。对照组采用止痛、维生素类药物营养神经等对症治疗,治疗组则以臀三针为主针灸治疗方法。结果:治疗组总有效96.7%,对照组总有效率为80%,两组比较有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组疗效优于对照组。
Objective： To observe the effect of backbone of sciatica by hip three-needle-based acupuncture. Methods：The atients were randomly divided into the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases, and were observed clinically for 6 months. The treatment treated in analgesics, vitamins to neurotrophic. The control group was treated by hip three-needle-based acupuncture. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, and the control group was 80%, and the two groups was significant （P〈0.01） Conclusion： The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.
