摘要
节能型立窑具有投资少、操作简单、建设周期短、能耗低等特点,更重要的是废气可以回收处理。窑体炉衬采用七层组合,保温性能好,可以采用价廉的无烟屑煤作燃料,生产中采用暗火操作,吨灰标煤消耗控制在145kg。实行暗火操作,燃料燃烧发出的热量能充分利用,石灰石进入窑内能充分预热。
The energy-saving type vertical kiln is characterized by less investment,simple operation,short circle of construction,low energy consumption and so on,the more important point is that waste gas can be recovered and treated.Seven-layer kiln lining combination is used,which has a good thermal insulation performance.The cheap anthracite chip can be used as fuel.The production with hidden fire operation can control the standard coal consumption of each ton of lime within 145kg.The implementation of hidden fire operation can make the full utilization of the heat generated by fuel combustion and the limestone fed into the kiln can be fully preheated.
