摘要
针对加油站完成油气回收后的油气浓度情况,进行监测,开展研究对比工作,提出加油站油气浓度排放限值。首先系统分析了改造后加油站存在跑冒滴漏的位置以及实际运行中影响油气浓度增高的因素,并采用专门仪器、仪表进行监测测量,在获得多个加油站、不同时段、全天候海量数据的基础上,提出确保油气回收系统正常工作下的油气浓度排放限值,以及浓度监测方法,为我国油气回收治理改造健康发展提供技术支持。
The paper put forward emission standard of air pollutant for gasoline filling.Stations which have completed treatment,after monitoring and researching for stations.Firstly,the places where leak out vapor and factors that affect vapor concentration were analyzed,then carried out detection for stations using special instrument,lastly,the emission standard of pollutant for gasoline filling station were put forward in the basis of monitoring data,and the methods of concentration monitoring were explicated.In conclusion,the paper provides technical support for our country's gasoline station treatment.
