摘要
针对几起火灾案例,阐述高层建筑外装修火灾特性和国内高层建筑外装修防火现状,强调加强高层建筑外装修工程各环节的监督管理,即从设计、施工、材料防火性能等方面采取相应对策,力求消除火灾隐患,减少人员伤亡和财产损失。
In view of fire cases of the high-rise building exterior decoration,the paper expounds the fire characteristics of the high-rise building exterior decoration and the present status of the domestic fire-prevention.We must put emphasis on strengthening the supervision of all links in the construction project,study the measures of design,construction and fire behavior of materials,so as to eliminate fire hazards,reduce casualties and property losses.
