摘要
目的探讨化痰通瘀解毒方抑制肿瘤微血管生成作用的机制。方法复制小鼠S180移植瘤模型,采用免疫组织化学法观察化痰通瘀解毒方对肿瘤微血管密度(micro-vessel density,MVD)及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的影响。结果与模型组比较,化痰通瘀解毒方小(20.0 g/kg)、中(40.0 g/kg)、大剂量(60.0 g/kg)组MVD和VEGF均显著降低(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论化痰通瘀解毒方能明显抑制肿瘤VEGF表达,从而抑制肿瘤微血管生成。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Huatan Tongyu Jiedu(HTJ) Recipe,a traditional Chinese prescription for removing phlegm,activating blood circulation and detoxicating,in inhibiting the angiogenesis of tumor microvessels.Methods The model of S180 transplanted tumor was induced in mice.An immunohistochemical method was employed to observe the effects of HTJ Recipes on the expression of microvessel density(MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Results The expression levels of MVD and VEGF were significantly decreased in low(20.0 g/kg),middle(40.0 g/kg),and high(60.0 g/kg) dose HTJ Recipes treated groups in comparison with those of the model group(P〈0.05,or P〈0.01).Conclusion HTJ Recipes can inhibit the angiogenesis of tumor by inhibiting the expression of VEGF.
