摘要
目的:探讨"冬病夏治"理论在中医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期治疗原则。方法:通过分析"冬病夏治"的理论基础及COPD的中医病机,制定COPD稳定期基本治疗原则。结果与结论:"冬病夏治"中所蕴含的"温阳驱寒"和"预防"的思想对在临床防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病辨证属阳虚阴盛者有一定的指导作用。
Objective：From the theory of ＂winter diseases treated in summer＂ to explore the therapeutic principle for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（COPD） at stationary phase.Methods：By analyzing theoretical basis of ＂winter diseases treated in summer＂ and the Pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（COPD） in TCM,for making the basic therapeutic principle on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（COPD） at stationary phase.Results and Conclusion：The theory of ＂warming yang eradicating cold＂ and ＂prevention＂ contained in ＂winter diseases treated in summer＂ theory guiding role on prevention and cure of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（COPD） that differentiation belong to ＂yang deficiency yin excess＂ syndrome.
