摘要
大学生群体作为我国劳动力队伍中的精华,其就业本不应该有多大问题,但实际上却出现就业难现象。尽管说造成大学生就业难的因素很多,但真正的深层影响因素是我国整个社会经济发展以及制度中的深层矛盾与问题,具体反映为整个社会经济发展为大学生群体提供的就业环境较为苛刻,以及近几年高等教育快速发展致使出炉"产品"质量不佳,与现实经济社会实际需求间不对接。
The college students in the workforce groups as its essence, this should not have much employment problem, but in practice it show employment phenomenon.
