摘要
我国公民在年满三十五周岁以后,不得报考中央及地方国家公务员,是我国推行了近二十年的公务员考试录用制度的一贯做法,然而此种做法违反了我国现行宪法及相关法律法规的明确规定,不符合社会正义要求,并不利于我国公务员队伍整体素质的提高。国家公务员考试录用制度改革势在必行。
Citizens over thirty- five years old are not allowed to apply for positions in government agencies, which has been introduced nearly two decades in the civil servants recruiting system in practice. However, such practice has violated the Constitution and the related laws and clearly - defined regulations, which does not meet the requirements of social justice, thus harmful to the overall quality of the civil servants. National civil servants recruiting system needs emergent reforms.
