摘要
高校基层党支部是党在高校的全部工作和战斗力的基础,是推动高等教育事业改革和发展的战斗堡垒。面对国家中长期教育改革和发展战略目标的新要求,高校基层党支部建设意义重大。本文紧紧围绕高校发展战略,客观地分析了目前高校基层党支部建设存在的主要问题,从思想理念、工作方法和管理机制三个方面提出了创新高校基层党支部建设、促进高校事业科学发展的思路。
The Basic-level Party Braches（BPB） of universities is the foundation of all work and achievements of our Party in universities,and it is also the backbone element to promote the reform and development of higher education.The construction of BPB of universities is of great significance in the face of the mid-long term of educational reform and development strategy.This paper analyses the main problems in developing BPB of universities nowadays,focusing closely on the development strategy of universities.Moreover,some innovative methods of building BPB and accelerating scientific development of universities are put forward from the following three aspects： ideological method,working method and management mechanism.
