摘要
中国建筑企业走出国门,开始承担越来越多的国际总承包(EPCC)项目。已经适应了传统施工模式的各个企业,如何快速地适应国际总承包项目并在国际竞争中占有一席之地,是众多企业不得不面临的难关,也是新的挑战。
Nowadays, more and more Chinese construction enterprises enter into the international construction market and undertake some EPCC projects. For those enterprises that have long been used to the traditional operation mode, how to adapt to the international EPCC project promptly and further to obtain certain reputations out of competitions in the oversea market, is an unavoidable obstacle as well as a new challenge.
