摘要
为消费者提供健康安全的农产品是我国政府的基本职责,也是全社会最为关注的民生问题。天津市农产品质量安全管理取得了重要成就,但也存在诸多急待解决的问题。为此,应构建天津市农产品质量安全保障体系,包括以政府为主体的监管体系、"从田间到餐桌"的全过程监管体系以及消费者全员参与的监督体系。
It is the basic responsibilities of our government to provide the healthy and safe agricultural products for the consumers.Also,it is the livelihood question for the whole society which people pay special attention to.Although there are many important achievements in the quality safety management of agricultural products in Tianjin,there are still many problems need to be solved urgently.Thus,the security system of the quality and safety of agricultural products in Tianjin should be constructed,including the supervising system with the government as mainstay,the safeguard system of the whole process from the field to the dining table,and the supervision system of all consumers participating in.
