摘要
介绍了光纤通信1 550 nm波段全介质带通滤光片的设计原理、制备工艺和研制过程,获得了可供实用的光纤通信滤波器件。实验测试结果表明:所设计并研制的3腔和4腔具有0.8 nm波长间隔的窄带通滤波片,具有很好的带通透射光谱特性,其中心波长、通带宽度、通带纹波、峰值插入损耗等主要技术指标,以及温度稳定性等,均能满足光纤通信密集波分复用(D-WDM)系统应用的要求。另外,具有20 nm带宽的粗波分复用(C-WDM)滤波片,也具有符合工业应用的带通透射光谱性能。
The design and fabrication of a narrow bandpass thin film filter,which used in an optical fiber communication system at the wavelength of 1 550 nm, were introduced. Various practicable filters were obtained. From the measurements,the 3-cavity and 4-cavity narrow bandpass filters, with a channel spacing of 0. 8 nm, have good transmittance characteristics. The main characters of the filter, including center wavelength, channel spacing, passband ripple, insertion loss etc, and the temperature stability, meet the requirement of the Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing(D-WDM) optical fiber communication industry. Moreover, the Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (C-WDM) thin film filter also has the bandpass tramsmittance spectra which accord with the industry application.
