摘要
以虫草头孢菌粉、黄芪粉及神曲粉作为原料进行了仔猪功能性饲料添加剂配方筛选。结果表明:虫草头孢菌粉和黄芪粉以1:1的比例混合后再按1%的比例添加到饲料中,可以显著提高仔猪免疫力,促进其健康生长。与对照相比,试验组日增重提高27.3%、料肉比下降21.1%;血浆免疫指标IgG增加27.4%、NO含量增加13.4%、NOS活性增加6.5%、iNOS活性增加26.7%。
In this study,Cephalosporin powder of Cordyceps,Astragalus powder and Shenqu powder as feed additives were selected.The results indicated that it was added as the ratio by 1% after Cephalosporin powder of Cordyceps and Astragalus powder mixed,which could significantly improve piglet immunity and promote healthy growth.Compared with the control samples,average daily gain increased by 27.3%,feed conversion increased by 21.1%;plasma immune parameters IgG increased 27.4%,NO content increased 13.4%,NOS activity increased 6.5%,iNOS activity increased 26.7%.
